Retail Associates (Luxury / Lifestyle)

Job Description:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable luxury and lifestyle products.
• Provide accurate product information and demonstrate good product knowledge.
• Assist customers with product selection, enquiries, purchases, exchanges and after-sales matters.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly arranged and adequately stocked.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts and stock transfers when required.
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the boutique/store.
• Support promotional activities, product launches and in-store events.
• Perform other retail duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
