The Role of a Recruiter

A Recruiter’s job is a hybrid role – it is not just about recruitment. It also encompasses business development, account management, marketing, customer service all rolled into one. It is about understanding people’s needs and motivations, and managing clients’ and candidates’ expectations. It is also about building relationships.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.

Candidate Management: Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
