Office Administrator cum Receptionist

• Welcoming visitors and colleagues, creating a positive first impression of the office

• Managing meeting room bookings, video conferencing, and AV setup

• Arranging catering for lunches and internal gatherings, and organising office-wide events

• Building and maintaining vendor relationships across catering and office maintenance, and coordinating related works and services

• Handling and directing incoming calls professionally and discreetly

• Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

• Keeping office and pantry supplies stocked and the space presentable

• Maintaining calendars, files, and shared documentation across platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint

• Covering for the wider facilities team as needed
