This role is designed to support company’s business objectives by providing expert client solutions and account management. This is a 06 month contract role.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Develop and execute client strategies to maximize business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5- 7 years of experience in performance marketing or direct response experience from technology, ecommerce, app gaming, performance marketing based agencies.
• Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or a related field.
• Experience in Meta Ads, Google or Tik Tok Ads
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have Business/ Native level proficiency in Vietnamese and English as the role will be required to speak with Vietnamese clients.
• Use of AI/AI agent is desired.
