QC Inspector (Work location : Tuas)

Job Description

• Performing inspection and finished product inspection 进行印刷检查和成品检查
• Completing and maintaining documentation of press and finished product inspections. 产品检查文档妥当的保存
• Final approval and lot release including verifying compliance to shipping requirements and generating a certificate of analysis/compliance. 最终批准和批次放行，包括验证是否符合运输要求和生成分析/合规证书。

· Investigating/resolving issues that arise in production. 调查/解决生产中出现的问题。

· Performing in-process auditing of production floor. 对生产车间进行过程审核。

· Reporting findings to Press Operators, Supervisors, and Quality Management. 向印刷机操作员、主管和质量管理人员报告调查结果。

· Approving, rejecting, and/or quarantining non-conforming products. 批准, 拒绝和/或隔离不合格产品。

· Assisting in root cause/corrective action investigation in response to customer complaints.协助根源/纠正措施调查以回应客户投诉。

· Assisting QA Engineer in special projects. 协助质量监控执行员、工程师，经理等处理特殊项目。

· Promote safety and quality throughout the facility. 提高整个设施的安全和质量。

· Ensure compliance to QMS, EHS and L&E procedures in the department 确保遵守品质管理体系QMS、环境健康安全EHS 和 劳工与道德L&E 程序

· Recommend Quality, EHS and L&E improvement measures to the superior 向上级推荐质量QMS、环境，健康与安全EHS和劳工与道德L&E 的改进措施

· Follow all safety rules and regulations 遵守所有安全规则

· Perform other job functions per Manager’s request 根据经理的要求执行其他工作需求。

**Job Requirements**
• Minimum Secondary education with relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with excellent visual acuity and ability to identify product defects
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and quality testing equipment
• Good working attitude, responsibility, fast learner, willing to work overtime.
