With expertise in process optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement, they support clients in solving complex operational challenges and improving efficiency across critical facilities.

The Job:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across the energy and process industries.
• Identify business opportunities and promote engineering solutions and technical services.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award and execution.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand customer challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Contribute to market development initiatives and long-term business growth.

The Talent:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, or Energy sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand technical solutions and customer needs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
