Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Japanese MNC
• A1 Main Contractor
• Basic from $5,500 to $6,800 + Bonus
• 5 days’ work week
• Location: AMK

Responsibilities

• Support the Quantity Surveying Manager in post-contract administration.
• Handle procurement, budgeting, cost control and cash flow management.
• Manage progress claims, contract payments, variations and final accounts.
• Assist with tender evaluation, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor construction costs and keep updated on market trends and cost movements.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Good knowledge of construction costs and market trends.
• Prior experience working on MRT/LTA/Tunnel civil projects.
• Experience from A1 main contractors will be preferred.
