Export Business Development (Fasteners)

Salary: $3,000 to $5,000 + Commission Incentive

Location: Woodlands Close, near Admiralty MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new overseas distributors and business partners.

• Manage and develop existing export wholesale accounts.

• Drive sales growth and expand market share across assigned territories.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, consultants, and key stakeholders.

• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and territory targets.

• Monitor competitors, market demand, supply conditions, costs, and pricing trends.

• Train, guide, and support distributors or national sales partners.

• Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for assigned markets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fasteners, engineering, or industrial manufacturing.

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

• Willing to travel overseas frequently based on business needs.

• Familiar with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or D365.
