Product Technical Engineer (Fastener & Hardware)

• Basic Salary: $4000 - $5500

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm

• Location: Woodland (Near Admiralty MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Managed technical and quality matters for fastener products.
• Specialised in material science, coatings, and protective coating systems.
• Investigated customer complaints and conducted root cause analysis.
• Collaborated with suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Conducted supplier audits, site visits, and First Article Inspections.
• Reviewed batch test reports and monitored supplier quality performance.
• Provided technical support for fastener applications within the construction industry.
• Coordinated with customers and suppliers to resolve technical and quality-related issues.

Requirements：

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
