HR Specialist (1 year contract)

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting all HR functions, focusing onrecruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The position is vital for ensuring effective people management, talent retention, andadherence to HR best practices within a rapidly expanding tech environment.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support:
- Assist in recruiting top talent in the blockchain and IT sectors by managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Build relationships with universities, tech communities, and recruitment agencies to expand talent pipelines.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company’s culture and team.
- Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring new employees understand the company’s vision, values, and policies.
- Manage exit interviews and offboarding processes, gathering feedback to improve employee experience.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such asteam-building activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, to boost morale andcreate a collaborative culture.
- Organize and manage employee recognitionprograms, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Work with the HR team to develop programs thatreflect company values and promote employee well-being.
Performance Management & Development:
- Assist in implementing performance evaluationprocesses, providing tools and resources for managers to assess employeeperformance effectively.
- Support career development initiatives, such astraining programs and skill development workshops, to enhance employeecapabilities.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gapsand arrange targeted learning opportunities.
HR Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRISsystems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate regular HR reports, such as turnoverrates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction, to support data-drivenHR decisions.
- Use analytics to track and report HR metrics,identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts,and provide guidance to resolve workplace issues while promoting a respectfulwork environment.
- Conduct investigations as needed, documentingfindings and recommending appropriate actions in alignment with companypolicies.
- Build strong relationships with employees tofoster open communication and trust.
This is a 1 year contract role, subjected to headcount availbility for renewal.
