Job Description & Requirements
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workers
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to the Site Manager / Project Manager
- Inspect workmanship quality and rectify defects
- Maintain site records such as daily reports, attendance, and safety checklists
- Assist in site inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities
