About the Company

Strong track record in delivering large-scale iconic building and mixed development projects. With a growing portfolio of high-value residential, commercial, hospitality, and integrated developments, they are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Director / Project Director to lead project delivery and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and execution of large-scale mixed development projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee project planning, construction management, cost control, safety, quality, and project timeline delivery.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, workplace safety standards, and company quality requirements.
• Drive project scheduling, manpower planning, procurement strategy, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Lead tender reviews, contract administration, budgeting, and project financial performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company during project meetings and key stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with established main contractors in Singapore.
• managing large-scale mixed development, commercial, residential, hospitality, or integrated development projects.
