HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR and administrative duties.
• Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass and Employment Pass (EP) applications, issuance, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related matters.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR-related documents.
• Assist with workers' courses, certificates and other employment matters.
• Handle renovation Permit to Work (PTW) applications with shopping malls and building management.
• Prepare and submit required documents for renovation works, such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method Statement (MOS), work schedules and other supporting documents.
• Liaise with shopping mall/building management, contractors and relevant parties regarding work permits and approvals.
• Follow up closely on pending submissions and approvals.
• Assist the boss in following up and coordinating the progress of ongoing projects.
• Communicate with clients, management and suppliers through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp.
• Handle general paperwork, filing, documentation and other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, administration or MOM work pass matters will be an advantage.
• Familiar with WP / S Pass / EP applications is preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to handle paperwork and multiple tasks independently.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Experience in the interior renovation industry will be an advantage.
