Healthcare Service Associate

Job Summary

Weare seeking a dedicated Meal Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring patients receive nutritious meals in a timely and caring manner, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.

Job Description:

• Update patient's meal requirements in the Meal Ordering System
• Prepare and distribute meals to patients
• Collect and clean meal trays, maintaining high hygiene standards
• Preparation and serving of adhoc beverages, snacks and supper
• General maintenance and stocking of ward pantry (includes wipe down of ward trolleys)
• Gather patient feedback and attend to patients' feedback on meal related issue
• Any other related work scope as required

Job Requirements:

• Secondary 'N' level education or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided)
• Vaccinations required to meet the hospital's employment criteria

Working Hours

Fixed Time: 7:30AM to 7:30PM (12 hours), 6 days a week

8.5-hour shift (6.45am - 3.15pm) is available too

Off day: Rotational - depending on operational needs
