AV, Media & ICT Support Executive

Location: West, Singapore

We are looking for a proactive and creative AV, Media & ICT Support Executive to support a school's multimedia, audio-visual, and educational technology needs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for photography, videography, and technology, and who enjoys working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit photos and videos of school events, programmes, and student activities.
• Produce multimedia content for the school's website, publications, and social media platforms.
• Operate and support AV systems, PA systems, live-streaming setups, and hybrid events.
• Provide technical support for assemblies, performances, meetings, and school events.
• Support teachers in creating digital learning resources and online content.
• Conduct basic training for staff and students on multimedia and AV equipment.
• Maintain AV equipment inventory and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Mentor students in Media Club or ICT-related programmes where required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Media Production, Multimedia, ICT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, multimedia production, or AV support.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), AV equipment, photography, videography, live streaming, and audio systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Singapore school environment will be an advantage.
• MOE REMS registration will be an advantage.
