QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our project and contract teams.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and analyzing cost comparisons to support procurement decisions

2. Obtaining quotations and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

3. Measuring quantities and taking off for cost planning and progress claims

4. Preparing Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and sub-contractor payments

5. Supporting pre-contract administration, including tender preparation

6. Handling general QS duties as required across project phases.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction / main contractor environment will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A team-oriented attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of PSSCOC contracts will be an advantage
