Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

• Build & Deliver: Develop robust,high-performance features for our core trading platforms using moderntechnology stacks.
• Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely withcross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver seamlessuser experiences.
• Innovate & Improve: Contribute across the fullsoftware development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and continuousenhancement.
• Grow & Learn: Receive mentorship to strengthenyour technical skills, with opportunities to take on more complex challengesand leadership responsibilities.
• Lead technical delivery for key projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Help define technical standards and engineering bestpractices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field.
• Strong foundation in Java, with willingness to work withOracle PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, React,and JSP.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and applicationservers such as Tomcat.
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, andcommitment to quality.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complexsoftware modules and mentoring team members.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, JSP,Tomcat, and HTML. Experience with React is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, andcontainerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability toinfluence technical decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in the fintech, trading, or banking industry.
• Understanding of networking concepts and systemarchitecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with project management tools such as Jira.
