CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)

Pathology & Clinical Laboratory Pte Ltd provides clinical laboratory services. We are seeking aCustomer Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic,doctor, and laboratory clients — an excellent opportunity for someone whoenjoys client-facing work in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming telephone calls, WhatsApp messages and emailenquiries professionally and promptly

• Serve as the primary contact point for clinics, doctors andother laboratory clients

• Coordinate with internal departments on reports, amendments andresults clarification

• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality and patient-dataprotection requirements at all times

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the CustomerService HOD or Operations Management

Requirements

• Minimum “N” / “O” Levels, Nitec or Diploma

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong communication skills with a customer-service-centricattitude

• Willing to undergo training on internal laboratory softwaresystems

• Experience in patient services, client services, or anadministrative role is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided; or 1year of relevant experience

Working Hours

5.5-day work week

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

• Saturday: 8.30 am – 1.00 pm
