1409 Receptionists/Kovan

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Receptionist 1: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break

• Receptionist 2: Mondays to Fridays, 8:45am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email communication

• Receptionist or customer service experience is preferred

• Primary school experience is an advantage

• Basic First Aid knowledge is preferred

Job Scopes:

• Attend to calls, enquiries, visitors, parents, vendors and the school community

• Manage deliveries, collections, documents and distribution of items

• Attend to students in the sick bay and coordinate early dismissal

• Manage lost-and-found items and update records

• Coordinate visitor and vendor access with security personnel

• Perform other duties assigned by the school
