Job Summary

Drive sales growth by establishing and managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets in the hardware industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish new customer accounts and manage ongoing relationships to support business growth
• Deliver responsive sales services that address customer needs and enhance satisfaction
• Maintain close communication with customers to provide tailored products and services
• Manage and negotiate tender and contract terms to successfully close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales budget targets through effective sales strategies
• Market and sell the Group’s full range of products to diverse customer segments
• Identify and develop new customers in emerging market segments
• Conduct customer visits to address orders and resolve sales-related issues
• Collect and analyze market information and customer requirements to inform sales approaches
• Handle customer orders, enquiries (including outsourcing), negotiations, and sales closures efficiently
• Collaborate with the Product Team to coordinate technical follow-ups with customers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hardware industry
• Current network within the industry is an advantage
• Education level ranging from GCN ‘N’/‘O’ Level, Technical Institution, Diploma to Degree
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
