Senior Supply Chain Executive (Warehousing & Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end supply chain activities across warehousing, inventory management, transportation and distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse utilisation to maintain stock accuracy, optimise inventory holdings and improve storage efficiency.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate material movements and delivery schedules to support operational efficiency and timely customer fulfilment.
• Drive cost optimisation, process enhancement, digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve supply chain performance.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse performance data and provide actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through contractor safety management, risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations and quality management standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management and logistics performance management.
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and operational performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
