Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import, export, and offshore shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, shipping regulations, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, stock data, and master data information.
• Support shipment tracking, internal applications, and operational reporting activities.
• Process MUGEN workflow transactions accurately and promptly.
• Assist with process transitions, standard operating procedure (SOP) maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in the chemical industry or bulk shipment operations.
• Basic knowledge of international trade practices.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Understanding of payment terms, contract management systems, and ERP workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and Documents Against Payment (DP) is an added advantage.
