Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with fashion product enquiries.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' preferences, needs and budget.
• Promote products, campaigns and seasonal collections to maximise sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays according to brand guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, payments and basic cashiering duties accurately.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and maintaining organised merchandise.
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally.
• Support daily store opening, closing and general retail operations.

Job Requirements

• Previous retail, fashion or sales experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Passion for fashion and confidence in engaging with customers.
• Sales-driven, proactive and motivated to achieve targets.
• Willing to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
