M&E ENGINEER

**URGENT HIRING**

Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and scheduling of M&E works according to project timelines;

· Control the progress of submissions for timely completion (RFA, RFI, Technical Submissions and Equipment Material Status);

· Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues;

· Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Schedule for on-time completion;

· Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings;

· Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record.

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore;

· Minimum 3 years work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;

· Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments will be an advantage;

· Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;

· Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
