Job Summary

We seek an experienced Sales Engineer passionate about technology solutions to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will play a key role in expanding business opportunities and contributing to the sales team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze existing customers’ current and future requirements to increase business revenue
• Plan and conduct sales calls to establish new customer accounts and expand market reach
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement
• Match customer needs with appropriate technology solutions to maximize value delivery
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to communicate unique value propositions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales growth targets
• Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Proven sales experience and track record as a Sales Engineer
• Experience with Electric Motors or Drives is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to learn quickly
• Adaptable and driven personality with a proactive “Can Do” attitude
• Enthusiasm for technology products and eagerness to explore related technical areas
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
