SALES MANAGER (Semiconductor & High tech industries) – 5 DAYS

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales activities in Singapore and support regional business expansion, building customer relationships and leading the team to deliver revenue growth in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets

• Secure new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing customers

• Guide and motivate the sales team toward individual and team objectives

• Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, specialty gas systems, and engineering solutions

• Handle quotations, contract negotiations, and commercial terms with customers

• Liaise with suppliers, principals, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Track market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts and reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' sales experience, ideally within semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industries

• Track record of business development success and consistently meeting sales targets
