Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to bring our visual content to life across digital and print platforms. With 80% of the role focused on layout, formatting, grid management and asset preparation, and 20% on creative design and concept development, this is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring designers to build hands-on experience and grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Layout & Design — 80%: Assemble text, images, and graphics into polished layouts for digital and print formats based on established brand guidelines.

• Creative Support — 20%: Assist in brainstorming, creating basic visual assets, and adapting existing creative concepts for multi-channel use.

• Manage fonts, text formatting, paragraph styles and visual hierarchy.

• Ensure layouts are clean, consistent and easy to read, including multi-page documents.

• Crop, resize and optimise images for web and high-resolution commercial printing.

• Keep design files organised and easy to manage.

• Package and prepare final artwork accurately for production.
  

Key Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome!

• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Good understanding of typography, alignment, grids and layout principles.

• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual consistency.

• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
