About the Job

As the Evaluator / Fragrance Development Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between olfactive creation, commercial execution, and regional consumer insights.

  • Lead and elevate fragrance development across key markets within Asia region.
  • Partner directly with perfumers and application scientists to transform client briefs into winning scent formulations for major key accounts.
  • Build category roadmaps and market strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics, consumer habits, and competitor landscapes to expand and optimize the regional fragrance library.
  • Drive operational efficiency across evaluation and application labs to accelerate product speed-to-market.

About the Manager & Team

You will join a dynamic, multicultural squad of creative perfumers, evaluation experts, and application specialists. The regional team culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented, favoring a high degree of autonomy, open communication, and cross-functional support.

Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional sensory capabilities, including sharp odor discrimination, robust scent memory, and the ability to articulate sensory nuances to key stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Fragrance / F&F sector, operating within a multicultural business environment.
  • Advanced understanding of fragrance raw materials, formulation mechanics, and technology delivery platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, Consumer Research, or a related discipline.
  • Highly organized project manager with a team-first mindset and the drive to motivate cross-functional peers toward high-stakes goals.
