Operations Executive / Bunker Programmer

Responsibilities:

· Prepare ship position updates

· Ensure the ship voyage is performed efficiently and that costs are kept to a minimum

· Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities and liaise with external parties to ensure efficient commercial operations

· Update clients on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes

Requirements:

· Min 2 years experience coordinating operations in a logistics/shipping environment

· Effective communication skill

· Experience with ship operations will be an added advantage

· Positive attitude and as a team player

· Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced working environment

· Willing to handle department shift phone and work on weekends as necessary
