Quantitative Developer

Weare seeking a Quantitative Developer to work directly with PMs and the team to build high-performance analytics, alpha-research infrastructure and production trading tools across rates, FX and credit.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain research and analytics tools that support trading and investment decisions
• Optimize and enhance existing software to improve performance and scalability
• Ensure the reliability and robustness of systems through rigorous testing and live monitoring
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in STEM (Math, Engineering, Computer Science, etc. )
• 4–7 years of professional development experience in financial-markets tech
• Deep expertise in either:
• 1) Pricing, curve quants, risk quants — build or maintain curve-construction, pricing libraries, or risk-analytics at a bank or fund; deep experience maintaining and extending an existing library; or
• 2) Data, platform, or risk technology engineers — build ingestion pipelines, data platforms, or risk/analytics infrastructure, possibly with less direct curve or pricing exposure.
• Eager to learn the half of the stack that is less familiar (pricing/curves vs data/platform)
• Production Python, comfortable designing or working within a real schema or codebase, and a track record of shipping code
• Prior exposure to macro market data (Bloomberg, Haver) or fixed income and FX pricing is a plus\
