Junior Dealer - Multi-Asset Execution (New Desk)

Yuanta Wealth Management is the Singapore arm of Yuanta Financial Holdings, a Taiwanese financial group with businesses across securities brokerage, futures, asset management, commercial banking and investment research. The group operates across Greater China, Northeast Asia and ASEAN.

We're a newly established trading desk covering multi-asset OTC products, and we're building everything from the ground up: workflows, controls, tooling. This is a junior seat on that desk, with exposure to the full life of a trade: instruction, execution, booking, controls. Scope may broaden as the business develops.

You'll do

• Execute trading instructions across financial products, including OTC

• Support mandate execution as business needs evolve

• Run daily controls: booking, checks, reconciliations, escalations

• Build and improve desk tools: anything that repeats gets automated

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Additional:

1. Understanding of equity or fixed income; hands-on execution or OTC structured product exposure are strong pluses
2. Comfortable in Excel, including workbooks you did not build. Formal coding experience is not required.
3. Bloomberg/Tradeweb familiarity preferred
4. Good English and Mandarin (client calls are conducted and recorded in Mandarin)
5. VBA/Python skills (basic)
