Inpatient Staff Nurse - WCAN

Responsibilities for Inpatient Staff Nurse:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with patients' needs, medical instructions, and hospital policies.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centred nursing care.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and hospital policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
• Guide and support junior nursing staff and newly joined nurses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Inpatient Staff Nurse:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Previous experience in an acute care hospital is an advantage but not essential.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to quality patient care.
• Able to work rotating 3-shift schedules.
