Customer Service Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist in Singapore to connect our global users with our product team. In this role, you will manage online user reviews, gather feedback, and help us continuously improve our app.

Key Responsibilities

• Check platform daily to answer user reviews, questions, and feedback online.
• Turn negative experiences into positive ones by resolving complaints, answering questions, and thanking happy users with helpful, empathetic responses.
• Collect user feedback and feature requests, and share them directly with our Product and Tech teams to help make the app better.
• Structured & Low-Stress Environment: Focus purely on standard feedback logging, basic template replies, and internal reporting.

*No direct customer interaction and escalation stress.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, with Chinese being the primary language used.

Technical & Soft Skills: Basic Computer Skills. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Strong empathy and patience when dealing with user complaints.

Position Details:

Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,000 / month

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon - Fri) 1.5 Hour Break
