Responsibilities:

Living Care Associate

• Deliver personalised hospitality and companionship to residents by proactively anticipating their needs, actively listening to their wishes and concerns, and fostering a comfortable, respectful, and homely living environment.

• Support residents' daily routines and lifestyle preferences, cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes comfort, independence, and overall quality of life.

• Monitor residents' general well-being, including observing changes in behaviour or physical condition, and promptly escalate any concerns to the supervisory team.

• Maintain residents' living spaces to a high hospitality standard, reflecting a service-oriented approach akin to hotel or serviced residence environments.

• Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and lifestyle activities to enhance residents' emotional and social well-being.

• Ensure all care-related equipment is kept clean, functional, and compliant with hygiene

Healthcare Nursing Aide

• Assist clients with basic care needs and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being at all times.

• Prioritise client comfort and safety by maintaining a secure environment and responding promptly to their needs.

• Accurately document all nursing care provided, maintaining clear, detailed, and up-to-date client records.

• Observe and monitor clients' physical health and general well-being, remaining vigilant for any changes in condition.

• Immediately report any abnormalities, concerns, or significant changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisory staff.

• Ensure the proper use, handling, and cleaning of medical equipment in strict accordance with infection control protocols.

• Undertake any additional duties as delegated by the Staff Nurse, Nurse Manager, or Director of Nursing.
