Maintenance Technician (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $3,000 + Allowances / AWS + Performance Bonus / Tuas / Company Transport Provided)

Job Description:

• Position: Maintenance Technician
• Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
• 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000
• Entitled to Monthly Attendance Allowance Up to $50
• Entitled to AWS + Variable Performance Bonuses
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided in Jurong Area
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues and carry out minor repairs.
• Assist in machine setup, installation, and equipment maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Support production by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with the ability to perform routine troubleshooting and repairs.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance practices and the safe use of maintenance tools.
  Able to read basic technical drawings and follow maintenance procedures.
