Receptionist

Job Description

• Attend to visitors, parents, students and staff at the reception counter.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, record-keeping and document tracking.
• Manage keys and access cards, including issuance and tracking.
• Assist with stationery, office supplies and inventory management, including stock monitoring and receiving deliveries.
• Support student administration, including issuing certificates, collecting forms and handling student enquiries.
• Attend to sick or injured students, provide basic first aid and prepare early dismissal forms.
• Manage lost and found items and maintain proper records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school management

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Higher NITEC qualification.
• At least 3 years of general administrativeexperience in a school environment.
• Secondary school reception experience is anadvantage.
• Good English communication skills; proficiency in asecond language is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills
