About this job
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, potential clients, projects, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate sales leads through networking, customer meetings, industry events, referrals, and other business channels.
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers and support contract discussions.
- Follow up on sales opportunities, quotations, tenders, and project awards to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project, and operations teams to ensure successful project handover after securing orders.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, forecasts, and business development reports.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue, gross margin, and customer acquisition targets.
- Attend customer meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Provide management with regular updates on market opportunities, sales performance, and business development activities.
