Project Manager – ELV / Structured Cabling / M&E / Construction

• Salary: $5,000 – $8,000

• Working Location: Across Singapore

• Working Hours: 5.5 days / 5 days

• Industry: Construction - M&E - ELV / Structure Cabling / Electrical / ACMV

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ELV, structured cabling, M&E or construction projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Monitor project schedule, budget, site progress and quality.

• Review drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.

• Supervise site installation and ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation and project submissions.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Services or related field.

• 3–5 years of project management experience in ELV / structured cabling / M&E construction.

• Good knowledge of site coordination, project scheduling and subcontractor management.

• Able to read technical drawings and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
