Facilities Executive / Technical Executive (Facilities Management / Across SG)

• Location: Across Singapore (Multiple projects available)

Facilities / Technical Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facilities and building maintenance operations.

• Monitor M&E systems including ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.

• Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality work.

• Conduct regular site inspections and attend to breakdowns.

• Maintain maintenance records, reports and documentation.

• Support facilities improvement and ad-hoc projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related Engineering field.

• 3–5 years of relevant facilities / building maintenance experience.

• Good knowledge of M&E systems and contractor management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
