Senior Accounts Executive (Full Sets/Management Reporting) - Up to $5500

• Position : Senior Accounts Executive
• Location : Clementi -few bus stops from Clementi MRT
• Working hours : 5.5 days Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:45pm (work-from-home arrangement-work when required)
• Salary (commensurate of experience) : Up to $5500 +Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry : Food products supplier -FMCG

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Monitor expenses and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal stakeholders.
• Manage accounts receivable activities including collections and aging reports.
• Support finance-related projects and administrative matters when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting and full set accounts.
• Familiar with month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
