Logistics Coordinator (Data Centre / SAP / WMS) - Up to $4500

• Position: Logistics Coordinator (Data Centre / SAP / WMS)
• Location: Benoi
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Medical + Dental
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer requirements and resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
• Support data center logistics processes including inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, kitting, replenishment and decommissioning.
• Review operational documents and maintain/update SOPs.
• Monitor service levels and audit operations for SOP compliance.
• Analyze operational data, dashboards, KPIs and trends.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support operational decisions.
• Maintain accurate operational data using SAP, WMS and MS Office tools.
• Support and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, vendors and other stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Around 5 years of relevant logistics, supply chain or data center operations experience.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, including reverse logistics.
• Experience with SAP and WMS.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with SOPs, KPI/SLA monitoring and process improvement.
• Strong customer and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data center logistics experience will be a strong advantage.
