Business Development Executive – Enterprise Software

Starseed Singapore is looking for motivated, target-oriented, and experienced individuals to drive sales of technology and business software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation, client communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

• Identify prospective business clients and convert leads into sales.

• Promote and sell POS, ERP, and other software solutions based on client requirements.

• Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/software systems.

• Prepare regular daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.

• Coordinate with technical/product teams for demonstrations, implementation, and client requirements.

• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
