Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.

• Handle invoicing, payments, receipts, collections, and account reconciliations.

• Support month-end/year-end closing, audits, tax, and statutory matters.

• Process monthly payroll, claims, leave, attendance, and statutory contributions.

• Maintain employee records and support onboarding and offboarding.

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, HR documentation, and employee enquiries.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and government agencies.

• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc accounting/HR support.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with Hiring Managers from the respective departments.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set accounts.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Willing to support HR-related duties when required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and adaptable attitude.
