Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and responsible language teacher to deliver English instruction and foster strong student relationships that inspire loyalty and measurable learning progress.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop academic frameworks and prepare teaching syllabi tailored to meet diverse student learning needs
• Design and deliver lessons and tutorial classes aligned with course syllabi to achieve targeted learning outcomes
• Conduct private and group classes in an engaging manner that promotes student participation and relevance to their academic goals
• Provide ongoing academic support to students to enhance their language proficiency and confidence
• Participate actively in student orientation and marketing events to support student engagement and school growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Native English speaker
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching language courses
• Experience teaching English and other academic courses in a multilingual environment
• Proven ability to conduct academic assessments to evaluate student progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or Languages
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
