About this job

Our two studios — one culinary, one creative — have proven demand and an established sales team. What's needed now is a visionary commercial leader to own the direction: someone who can see the big picture, reshape and raise the performance of the sales team, build the studios' reach and reputation, grow the partnership pipeline, and turn plans into executed growth.

This isn't a solo-closer role. It's a builder and leader who makes the whole commercial engine perform.

What you'll own

1. Sales leadership & the number — your primary KPI. You own the revenue targets and deliver them through the team, not by carrying a bag yourself. You'll set the sales strategy, restructure and lift the performance of the existing sales team, put the right targets, incentives, cadence and reporting in place, and step in to sell personally only when the moment calls for it. Big picture: you make the changes and execute the plans that move the number.

2. Business development & brand building — the growth engine. You'll grow the reach and standing of both studios — building a pipeline of partners, corporate clients and collaborators, creating programmes and events that reach new audiences, and turning launches, campaigns and activations into measurable revenue. You bring a builder's instinct for how the studios show up in the market and how they're talked about.

3. Team & cross-functional execution. You'll lead, coach and restructure the sales team to a higher standard, and work hand-in-hand with marketing, operations, fulfilment and the studio teams to turn strategy into a seamless customer journey and executed plans. You set the standard for consultative, knowledgeable service across the team.

What success looks like

  • A sales team that is structured, motivated and consistently clearing its targets.

  • Revenue growing across channels, backed by a reliable pipeline of corporate, trade and partner opportunities.

  • Measurable growth in the studios' reach and reputation — more customers, more awareness, more repeat business.

  • Plans that don't just get made but get executed, with reporting leadership can trust.

  • Proven ability to lead, restructure and lift the performance of a sales team.

  • Multi-channel commercial experience (retail, e-commerce, corporate/B2B, trade or wholesale).

  • A builder's mindset — comfortable creating strategy, systems and cadence, and making change happen.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills across departments.

  • Sound commercial judgement and the follow-through to execute.

An edge

  • Experience in consumer, F&B, FMCG, hospitality or well-known retail.

How we work
