ISO/ WSHO/ QHSE Auditor - High Gross Salary

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $4,800 to $5,800 (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Bonus: 2 - 5 months
• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Annual Leave: 16 days

QEOHS Auditor (No MOM Registered required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite certification audits according to assigned audit plans.

• Review management system documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

• Perform onsite verification through interviews, workplace observations and process assessments.

• Evaluate organisations' compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

• Lead audit activities and coordinate with audit team members when required.

• Prepare audit reports, document findings, non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

• Support clients in improving their Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.

• 5 years' experience in relevant trades (construction, manufacturing, chemicals, M&E, EHS, etc.)

• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, communication and report writing skills.

• Willing to travel to client sites for audits.

Auditing Organisation Auditor (Registered WSHO)

This opening is ideal for Registered WSH Officers who are looking to move from operational safety into a professional auditing and compliance career.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) audits according to assigned audit plans.

• Perform audits based on approved audit checklists and regulatory requirements.

• Review documentation and assess compliance with applicable Workplace Safety & Health legislation and ISO 45001 requirements.

• Conduct interviews, workplace inspections and operational assessments.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, document findings and recommend corrective actions.

• Support organisations in improving their workplace safety performance and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).

• Successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in WSH under the Singapore WSQ Framework for WSH Professionals (Level D).

• Minimum 8 years of Workplace Safety & Health experience.
