Quantity Surveyor/ Airport Civil proj/5day/$5.5k basic+VB/ A1 Main Contractor

• Up to $5,500 Basic+ Bonus

• Permanent positions / 5 workdays/ Changi Airport area.

• Having QS or contract administration work experience in civil infrastructure projects is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage post-contract QS duties for civil works, including measurement, valuation and cost control.

• Administer contracts, variations, claims, payments and final accounts.

• Monitor budgets, prepare cost forecasts and management reports.

• Track project progress and resolve commercial issues with project teams.

• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred
