Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

You will manage rebar work sites by preparing and delivering tools, coordinating workers and drivers, resolving site issues, and supporting team operations to ensure smooth project progress.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver necessary tools and equipment to various work sites for rebar work

Inspect and rectify damaged tools and equipment to maintain operational readiness

Report daily work status and progress to the manager accurately

Manage and assign tasks to workers to optimize site productivity

Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize work disruptions

Provide urgent materials on-site to support continuous workflow

Coordinate daily transportation schedules with drivers for worker pickups and drop-offs

Support workers and office staff through effective communication and coordination

Check condition of working tools before transporting them to sites

Perform demolition work at sites when worker shortages occur or project phases end

Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent work-related matters

Carry heavy materials safely to load and unload at work sites

Maintain material stores in an organized and accessible manner

Communicate clearly with construction workers to ensure task understanding

Adapt to mobile working environments across multiple project sites

Lead, train, and guide construction workers to improve team performance
