Pharmacy Operations Technician - WCAN

Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician:

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
• Support medication preparation, labelling and distribution in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment and proper storage of medications.
• Perform general pharmacy-related duties and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Work closely with pharmacists and the healthcare team to support safe and efficient pharmacy operations.

Qualifications for Pharmacy Technician:

• Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS), Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a foreign university degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Preferably at least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Good team player with strong initiative and a positive attitude.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of service, performance and patient safety.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
