Staff Nurse (Perioperative Services) - WCAN

Responsibilities for Staff Nurse (Perioperative Services):

• Deliver professional perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical journey.
• Assist surgeons during procedures and perform Scrub and/or AU nursing duties according to established standards.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Coordinate patient transfers with relevant departments to support safe and seamless care.
• Provide post-anaesthesia and post-operative recovery care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications for Staff Nurse (Perioperative Services):

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
